摘 要:为探讨饲料中重金属含量对猪粪中重金属含量的影响,以及它们对环境的危害,随机抽取河南科技学院附近某猪场饲料及猪粪样品,用干灰化法处理,原子发射光谱法检测其重金属含量.结果表明:饲料样品中Cu、Cr、As的含量范围分别为12.70~196.15 mg/kg,0.50~6.40 mg/kg,1.90~4.40 mg/kg,粪便样品中Cu、Cr、As的含量范围分别为123.43~717.14 mg/kg,2.74~8.12 mg/kg,0.05~2.34 mg/kg.按照饲料卫生标准(GB 13078—2001)和德国腐熟堆肥重金属限量标准,猪饲料和粪便中重金属Cu、Cr的含量超标.必须严格控制饲料和粪便中重金属的含量,降低对土壤的重金属污染,从而提高农产品的质量安全.To explore the content of heavy metal in the feed and feces for heavy metal content in the presence of influence of excrement and urine,and their harm to the environment,research chose some samples of each of the two parallel samples from pig farms around Henan Institute of Science and Technology,the samples with dry ashing method to deal with,its heavy metal content by atomic emission spectrometry detection.Pig feed results showed that the content of Cu,Cr,As in the sample range is in 12.70 ~196.15 mg/kg,0.50 ~6.40 mg/kg,1.90 ~4.40 mg/kg, respectively.Feces sample content of Cu,Cr,As in range from 123.43~717.14 mg/kg,2.74~8.12 mg/kg,0.05~2.34 mg/kg, respectively.According to feed hygiene standards(GB 13078—2001) and Germany finished compost limit standards of heavy metals and heavy metals in pig feed and feces excess levels of Cu,Cr and As were exceed the standard.So, we must strictly control of heavy metal content in the feed and feces,lowering the soil heavy metal pollution,and protect the crops,so as to improve the quality and safety of agricultural products.
