摘　　要：水利工程建设进度管理是工程项目管理的重要组成之一，贯穿于工程项目管理的全过程。为实现南水北调中线干线工程2014年通水的工程建设目标，邯石段直管项目工程建设通过采取健全体系、编制总进度计划、组建专项小组、坚持进度例会制度、开展劳动竞赛、加大督导力度、保障资金供应、定期考核等一系列行之有效的进度管理措施，保证了邯石段直管项目工程建设进度。文章中采取的进度管理措施可为今后类似工程项目现场建设进度管理提供参考。Water conservancy project construction schedule management is one of important parts of project management, running the whole process of engineering project management. For the realization of the Middle Route of the South-to-North Water Transfer Project＇s fulfillment in 2014, a series of effective management measures has been taken in Hanan-Shijiazhuang Section as adopting perfect system, preparing the total project construction progress plan, forming a special team, adhering to the schedule meeting system, carrying out labor competition, intensifying supervision, and inspecting regularly to ensure the construction schedule of the Section, which can provide the reference for the on-site construc- tion schedule management of the similar projects.
