摘　　要：目的探讨三黄汤在腹部单蒂三叶皮瓣修复多指末端皮肤缺损围手术期中的应用价值。方法行腹部单蒂三叶皮瓣修复多指末端皮肤缺损患者60例,随机分为2组,治疗组30例,予三黄汤外敷;对照组30例,采用常规碘伏消毒+无菌纱布覆盖。结果治疗组局部组织肿胀恢复时间及疼痛缓解时间均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论三黄汤腹部单蒂三叶皮瓣修复多指末端皮肤缺损围手术期外敷,方法简单、经济,局部组织肿胀消退快,疼痛缓解快,具有临床推广价值。Objective To investigate the application value of Sanhuang decoction on abdominal single pedi- cled flap of three leaves for skin defects construction of the ends of several fingers perioperative period. Methods 60 patients with abdominal single pedicled flap of three leaves for skin defects construction of the ends of several fingers were randomly divided into two groups. 30 cases in treatment group were treated by external application of Sanhuang decoction. 30 patients in control group were treated by routine iodophor disinfection and cover of sterile gauze. Results The recovery time of local tissue swelling and pain relief time in treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group （P 〈 O. 05）. Conclusion External application of Sanhuang decoction is simple, economic, rapid recovery time of local tissue swelling and pain relief time on abdominal single pedicled flap of three leaves for skin de- fects construction of the ends of several fingers perioperative period.
