育麟汤联合西药治疗少、弱精子症60例临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察育麟汤联合左卡尼汀口服液、硫酸锌口服液治疗少、弱精子症临床疗效。方法将120例少、弱精子症患者随机分为2组。对照组60例予左卡尼汀口服液、硫酸锌口服液,治疗组60例在对照组治疗基础上加用育麟汤。2组均2个月为1个疗程,1个疗程后统计疗效,并观察治疗前后2组精液各项参数变化。结果治疗组总有效率90.00%,对照组总有效率73.33%,2组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。治疗组治疗后精液各项参数变化明显(P<0.01),治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论育麟汤联合左卡尼汀口服液、硫酸锌口服液治疗少、弱精子症疗效确切。Objective To study the clinical effect of Yulin decoction combined with L - carnitine and zinc sulfate oral solution on oligospermia. Methods 120 patients with oligospeimia were randomly divided into two groups. 60 cases in control group were treated by L - carnitine and zinc sulfate oral solution. 60 cases in treatment group were treated by Yulin decoction combined with L - carnitine and zinc sulfate oral solution. The course was two months in two groups. The therapeutic effect and change of semen parameters before and after treatment were observed in two groups after a course. Results The total effective rate was 90.00% in treatment group,and 73.33% in con- trol group. There was significant difference between two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. After treatment, semen parameters changed significantly in treatment group （ P 〈 0.01 ）, the change of treatment group was more than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Yulin decoction combined with L - earnitine and zinc sulfate oral solution has an obvious effect on oligospermia.
