摘　　要：设计了铁路货车轴承外圈超声波探伤机,其利用齿轮传动原理,把工件的旋转运动与探头的垂直移动相结合,使探头在外圈表面形成螺旋形探伤带,实现了轴承外圈外表面的全覆盖探伤。A ultrasonic flaw detector is design for outer rings of railway freight bearings, in which using gear transmis-sion principle, the rotation of workpiece and vertical movement of sensor is coupled, making sensor to move spirally on the surface of the outer ring, realizing full - covering detection.
