摘　　要：采用宏观观察、硬度检测、金相检验和断口分析等方法对带支柱孔渗碳钢滚子内裂进行分析,结果表明,发纹是滚子内裂的最主要原因,同时探讨了发纹在淬火应力作用下的扩展机理。The internal crack of case - hardened steel roller with central hole are analyzed by using macroscopic obser-vation, hardness inspection, metallographic examination and fracture analysis. The results show that the hairline is the most important reason. The propagation mechanism is discussed for hairline under quenching stress.
