摘 要:基于电力电子系统集成的思想,采用系统分层设计结构,提出一种与控制系统紧密结合的监控系统,并根据大功率电力电子系统的具体应用对该监控系统提出了高速通信要求。基于OMAP-1137对该系统进行了软硬件设计,结合了以太网通信、嵌入式操作系统与实时操作系统等技术的优势,使系统在实现高速通信监控的同时保证了变换器控制的实时性。使用该系统在350 kW鼠笼型异步全功率风力发电实验平台上进行了测试,通过实验及其波形分析可得,该系统能够完成多种监测、控制功能,方便了系统调试、性能评估和故障诊断。Based on power electronic system integration and hierarchical system architecture,a control system integrated monitoring system is designed.According to the specific application in power electronic ,the monitor system requires very high-speed communication rate.The monitoring system hardware and software are designed based on OMAP-l137 processor.Combining Ethernet communication,embedded operating system and real-time operating system,the system is able to achieve high-speed communication monitoring while ensuing real-time control of power electronic converters.The system is tested on 350 kW full power wind power experimental platform.By experiments and waveform analysis, it proves the system is able to perform a variety of monitoring and control functions, which greatly facilitate system debugging, performance evaluation and fault diagnosis.
