摘　　要：医患关系原本应是制度性的信任。当下中国常见的医患关系模式是"关系信任",产生的原因如下:"关系"嵌入职业伦理中是"关系信任"产生的社会动因;"关系"具有的"人情因素"和"利益交换"的功能使"关系信任"的产生成为可能;医患关系的变迁使得"关系信任"成为建立医患信任的策略性选择。要消除"关系"对医患信任的负面影响,重建良性医患信任,关键还在于从对"关系"的信任转向对制度的信任。The doctor - patient relationship should be institutional trust. The current common mode of the doctor - patient relationship is ＂ relationship trust＂. The reasons may be as follows ： the social factor is ＂relationship＂ is extended to medical work; the ＂human relationship＂ and ＂ interests exchange＂ in it make ＂ relationship trust＂ possible ; the change of the doctor - patient relationship make ＂relationship trust＂ become the strategic choices. To eliminate the negative impact of ＂relationship trust＂ on doctor-patient trust, reconstruct a benign doctor- patient trust, the key is to turn trust in relationship to trust in system.
