强化医德医风教育 提高急诊医护人员服务质量

摘　　要：急诊医护人员存在风险意识待增强、应急能力待提高、沟通障碍待消除、服务质量待改善等问题。强化急诊医德医风教育是和谐医患关系、提高医疗质量的需要,加强急诊医德医风建设关乎医院的生存与发展。提出加强急诊医德医风建设的策略:立足于说服教育、典型引导;健全管理、考核、绩效、创新等制度;践行人文精神,培养高尚医德,力求掌握高超医术,以急诊窗口服务特色取信于患者。Problems such as risk consciousness need to be strengthened, emergency capability need to be improved, communication obstacles need to be eliminated, service quality need to be improved in emergency medical personnel. Strengthening emergency medical ethics education is the need of harmonious doctor-patient relationship and improving medical quality. Strengthening the construction of emergency medical ethics concerns the survival and development of hospital. This paper put forward countermeasures to strengthen the construction of the emergency medical ethics： taking the persuasion education, typical guidance as the basis; perfecting management, performance evaluation, performance, innovation system ; practicing humanistic spirit, cultivating noble medical ethics, and striving to grasp the superb medical skill, gaining trust patients by emergency service window.
