摘　　要：目的:建立HPLC法测定感冒灵冲剂中马来酸氯苯那敏含量。方法:采用kromasil C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱,以乙腈-水(含0.3%冰乙酸和0.2%三乙胺)为流动相,流速为1 ml/min。检测波长为262 nm。结果:马来酸氯苯那敏在6.09～194.88μg/ml范围内呈良好线性关系(r=0.9998,n=6),平均加样回收率为97.5%,RSD为2.86%。结论:本法简便、准确,提高了感冒灵颗粒的质量控制标准。Objective ： To establish an HPLC method for the determination of the content of chlorphenamine maleate in Ganmaoling Granules. Methods：A Hypersil C18 column at ambient temperature was used as the stationary phase, and the mixture of acetonitrile and water consisting of 0.3% of acetic acid and 0.2% triethylamine was employed as the mobile phase. The flow rate of the mobile phase was 1.0 ml/min. The detection wavelength was 262 nm. Results ： A good linearity was found when the concentrations of chlorphenamine maleate fell in the range of 6.09 × 194.88 μg/ml r = 0. 9998 ） ; the average recovery was 97.5% （ RSD was 2.86% ）. Conclusion：This method is simple and reliable. It is suitable for the content control of Ganmaoling Granules.
