摘　　要：目的:评价和分析本院口服抗高血压药的利用情况及趋势,为临床应用及药品采购提供参考。方法:从本院HIS系统中调取2008—2012年共5年的口服抗高血压药物的销售数据进行回顾性分析,对抗高血压药物的品种、销售量、销售金额和用药频度(DDDs)等进行统计分析。结果:总体上本院各类口服抗高血压药物的销售额及DDDs均增长较快,以钙拮抗剂(CCB)为主。结论:本院降压药应用总体上比较规范和合理,符合目前抗高血压药物的用药规律和用药趋势,不足之处在于对复方降压药的选择性相对较低。Objectives：To provide references to clinical application and purchase of antihypertensives by evaluating the utihzation situation and trends of oral antihypertensive drugs in our hospital. Methods：The prescriptions on antihypertensives from the HIS system during five years from 2009 to 2012 were reviewed. Results：The consumption sum and DDDs of oral antihypertensive drugs used in our hospital showed an upward trend in general, especially for CCB. Conclusions ： The application of oral antihypertensive drugs were generally regular and reasonable according to the utilization trendency at present. However, the compound preparations are not appropriately indicated.
