摘　　要：对因轧辊内部缺陷、使用不当、检测手段不完备等导致中厚板轧机工作辊提前报废的原因进行了分析,通过改善措施的制定和实施,保证了轧辊上机安全,最终达到提高轧辊使用效率、降低成本的目的。The inner defects, improper application and incomplete detection methods causing the work roll of me- dium plate miU scrapped ahead of schedule are analyzed. The safety operation and high availability of work mils on plate mill are maintained by means of establishing and implementing improvement measures.
