摘　　要：通过对舞钢100t超高功率电弧炉实际操作的研究,分析了电极消耗的主要原因,总结了降低电极消耗的操作要点。电极消耗量控制在吨钢1.06～1.35㎏之间,在铁水供应充足时能有效地控制在吨钢1.10㎏以内,对公司降本增效起到推动作用。By analyzing the main causes of EAF electrode consumption and investigation on actual operation of 100 t UHP EAF in Wuyang Iron and Steel Co. Ltd, the paper summarizes the main operation points to reduce electrode consumption. The electrode consumption of the EAF is controlled to a range from 1.06 to 1.35 kg/t liquid steel cur- rently, the even to 1.10 kg/t liquid steel or less when the hot metal supply is sufficient, which is helpful for decreasing costs and increasing efficiency.
