摘  要:目的比较戊巴比妥钠单纯麻醉与戊巴比妥钠联合速眠新复合麻醉对介入与影像诊断模型犬的麻醉效果,寻求一种更适合犬介入模型建立与影像诊断麻醉方法。方法选取拟建立急性肠系膜上动脉栓塞模型并进行双源CT早期诊断研究的健康成年杂种犬20只,随机分为单药组10只,复合组10只,均采用同侧股部肌肉注射麻醉,药物选用3%戊巴比妥钠与速眠新注射液,首次剂量单药组仅用戊巴比妥钠1 ml/kg,复合组采取戊巴比妥钠0.5 ml/kg与速眠新0.08 ml/kg联用,追加剂量单药组与复合组分别为原始剂量的1/2~1/6及1/3~1/5;记录首次麻醉起效时间与维持时间、追加麻醉次数、麻醉药物总用量、手术时间、病死率、图像质优率;观察镇痛效果、呼吸频率和心率变化。结果单药组每只犬戊巴比妥钠平均用量为(21.23±2.52)ml;复合组用量为戊巴比妥钠(7.55±0.70)ml、速眠新(1.20±0.12)ml;追加次数单药组平均(2.80±0.42)次,复合组(1.20±0.42)次。与单药组相比,复合组显效快、戊巴比妥钠总用量少、首次麻醉维持时间长、术中追加麻药次数少、图像质优率高(P<0.01),但两组手术时间无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论戊巴比妥钠与速眠新复合麻醉对犬的麻醉效果好,药物总用量少,麻醉维持时间长,是一种较理想的介入实验与影像诊断研究的动物麻醉方法。Objective To make comparison of anesthetic effects between simple anesthesia with pentobarbital sodium alone and combined anesthesia with pentobarbital sodium and sumianxin on interventional and imaging diagnosis modeling dogs,and to find out a better anesthetic method for the modeling and imaging diagnosis.Methods Twenty healthy adult hybrid dogs,which were selected to establish the model of acute uperior mesenteric artery embolus for the research of early diagnosis by dual energy CT and,were randomly divided into two groups,i.e.single medicine group(n = 10) and combination group(n = 10).Both groups received the anesthesia by intramuscular injection on the same side of thigh muscle with 3% pentobarbital sodium and sumianxin.The initial dose for the single medicine group was 1 ml / kg pentobarbital sodium,and that for the combination group was 0.5 ml / kg pentobarbital sodium combined with 0.08 ml / kg sumianxin.The boosts for the two groups above were 1 /2-1 /6 and 1 /3-1 /5 of the initial dose,respectively.The time of initial anesthesia,the duration time of anesthesia,the times of anesthetic boost,the total anesthetic dosage,the operative time,the death rate,and the excellence rate of image were recorded.Analgesia effect,breathing frequency,and heart rate changes were observed.Results In the single medicine group,the consumption of pentobarbital sodium for each dog was(21.23 ± 2.52) ml.In the combination group,the consumption of pentobarbital sodium and sumianxin was(7.55 ± 0.70) ml and(1.20 ± 0.12) ml,respectively.The average times of boost in the single medicine group and the combination group were 2.80 ± 0.42 and 1.20 ± 0.42,respectively.Compared with the single medicine group,the combination group had a quicker anesthesia,less consumption of pentobarbital sodium,longer maintenance of the first time anesthesia,fewer times of boost during the operation,and better quality of image(P &lt; 0.05).There was no significant difference in the operative time between the two groups(P �
