青岛市总部经济发展的现状及条件研究

摘　　要："十一五"期间,青岛市总部经济发展取得了明显成效,具有重点产业发展势头良好、集聚发展效应日益突出、带动现代服务业发展的特点,但也存在发展能力相比其他城市偏低、集聚度过高、国家和跨国总部数量较少的问题。鉴于青岛市的政府服务水平较好、城市竞争力较强、具有区位优势及良好的交通运输网络设施等条件,青岛市总部经济宜沿着引进与培育双支撑、增强产业集群能力、区域布局各有侧重的趋势发展。During the ＂Eleventh Five-Year Plan＂ period, Qingdao headquarters economic development achieved remarkable results with the features of favorable development in key industries, more and more prominent agglomeration effect, and driving the development of modern service industry. While there are also some problems, such as lower development capacity eomparing with other cities, higher concentration degree, and a smaller number of national and multinational headquarters. In consideration of the better services of Qingdao government, the stronger urban competitiveness, the regional advantages and good infrastructure of transport network, the headquarters economy of Qingdao should develop with the double support of introducing and euhivating, strengthen the capability of industrial clusters, and emphasize the regional layout.
