摘  要:炼油过程中石油酸的存在不仅会对炼油设备和容器造成巨大的危害,而且严重影响馏分油的产品质量。本文介绍了馏分油中石油酸的危害和馏分油化学法脱酸技术。馏分油化学法脱酸技术是馏分油脱酸的重要技术方向,主要包括碱洗脱酸技术、催化脱酸技术和醇氨法。探讨了碱洗脱酸技术、催化脱酸技术和醇氨法的优缺点及应用情况。对未来馏分油脱酸技术发展方向提出建议。The presence of the petroleum in refining process would not only cause great harm to refinery equipment and containers, but also seriously affected the quality of distillate oil. The harms of the petroleum acid in distillate and chemical technique applied in distillate deacidification agent technology were described. The chemical deacidification agent technology was an important technology of the distillate deacidification direction, including alkaline method, catalyt- ic deacidification method and alcohol amine method. The advantages and disadvantages of alkaline method, catalytic deacidification method and alcohol amine method were introduced. Some suggestions on research direction of distillate deacidification were proposed.
