摘  要:建立了以ODS为色谱柱,甲醇-0.1%磷酸水梯度洗脱,在284 nm波长下同时测定小儿百部止咳糖浆中的黄芩苷、橙皮苷及芒果苷的含量方法。并且测定了以生百部替换蜜炙百部入方剂中上述三种成分的含量,结果发现炙百部入复方中黄芩苷、橙皮苷及芒果苷的含量均约2倍于生品入复方含量。可能是蜜炙百部入复方后,各种化学成分之间相互作用更能促进有效成分的溶出。The concentration of Baielin, hesperidin and Mangiferin in Xiaoerbaibuzhiketangjiang were separated and determined by RP - HPLC. The chromatographic conditions were chosen as follows : the mobile phrase consisted of metha- nol, 0. 1% H3 PO4 - H2 O, the column was ODS, and the wavelength for detection of 284 nm. The concentration of Baic- lin, hesperidin and Mangiferin of Xiaoerbaibuzhiketangjiang raw Baibu instead of processed Baibu were detected and re- suits showed concentration of three components was about twice as much as in processed - Xiaoerbaibuzhiketangjiang. Maybe, processed Baibu can promote the dissolving- out ratio of active constituents.
