海南山苍子核仁油GC-MS分析

摘　　要：采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取海南山苍子核仁油,用气相色谱-质谱联用技术对其挥发油成分进行分析。GC-MS鉴定出54个化合物,占挥发油总量的70.02%。主要成分有6-甲基-5-庚烯-2-酮,D-苎烯,3,7-二甲基-1,6-辛二烯-3-醇,α,α-4-三甲基-3-环己烯-1-甲醇,3-甲基-2-丁烯醛,癸酸,1-甲基-4-(5-甲基-1-亚甲基-4-己烯基)-环己烯,2,6,6-三甲基-二环[3.1.1]庚烷-3-酮。The essential oil from the seed of Hainan Litsea Cubeba was extracted by steam distillation. The compo- nents from the essential oil were separated and identified by GC - MS. 54 compounds were identified by GC - MS, which were 70. 02% of the total kernel oil. The main constituents in the kernel from Hainan Litsea Cubeba were 6 - methyl - 5 - hepten - 2 - one, d - Limonene, 3,7 - Dimethyl - 1, 6 - octadien - 3 - ol, alpha, alpha. - 4 - trimethyl - 3 - Cy- clohexene - 1 - methanol, 3 - Methylcrotonaldehyde, n - Decanoic, 1 - methyl - 4 - （ 5 - methyl - 1 - methylene - 4 - hexenyl） - Cyclohexene, and 2,6,6 - trimethyl - Bicyclo [ 3. 1. 1 ] heptan - 3 - one.
