摘 要:应用微波消解溶样,对火焰原子吸收光谱法测定大豆中锌含量的不确定度进行评估。建立了测量过程中各分量的数学模型,并识别了测量过程中不确定度来源,估算了各不确定度分量对总不确定度的影响。当测试样品中锌含量为3.19 mg·kg-1时,其扩展不确定度为0.34 mg·kg-1。测量结果可表示为ω(Zn)=(3.19±0.34)mg·kg-1,K=2。Application of microwave digestion, the uncertainty evaluation of determination of zinc content in soybean by flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry was carried out. The mathematical model of each component in the process of measurement was established, and the sources of the uncertainty of measurement were identified, and the effect of each uncertainty component on the total uncertainty was estimated. When the test sample Zn content was 3.19mg·kg^-1, the expanded uncertainty was 0.34mg·kg^-1. Measurement results can be expressed as ω(Zn)=(3.19±0.34)mg·kg^-1, and K =2.
