摘 要:分别采用连续流动注射法和国标经典分析方法 (纳氏试剂光度法)测定水样中氨氮的含量。对检测结果进行统计学中的F和t检验,结果表明这两种方法测得的结果数据无显著性差异,精密度、准确度等指标均符合分析标准要求。连续流动注射分析法的自动化程度更高,操作更简便、灵敏度更高。Continuous flow injection method and gb classical analysis method (nessler's reagent spectrophotometry) were used respectively, for determining the content of ammonia nitrogen in water samples. The detection results were sta- tistically the F and t test, and showed that there were no significant differences of the test results by the two methods, so as accuracy and other indexes accord with standard requirements. Continuous flow injection analysis method had higher degree of automation, easy operation, and higher sensitivity.
