摘　　要：自党的十七大报告明确提出转变经济发展方式以来,西藏自治区党委、政府紧跟党中央的步伐,提出转变经济发展方式的基本思路。本文在其经济发展方式现状的基础上,对其存在的问题进行分析,并从财政政策的角度对促进当地经济发展方式转变提出建议,希望以此来加快其转变的步伐和促进其经济的持续、健康、快速发展。In CPC’s report of the 17th National Congress,the transformation of economic development mode has been determined.In response to this strategic decision,the government of Tibet Autonomous Region has formulated a basic pathway for the development of Tibet economy.Starting with an analysis of the current economic situation in Tibet,this paper gives some proposals about how to use financial support to speed up this effort in order to attain a sound,sustainable and fast economic development in Tibet.
