西藏经济社会发展与就业人口行业结构变化分析

摘　　要：2010年第六次全国人口普查采取了长、短表相结合的填报方式,有助于更细致、全面地认识各行业就业人口的现状和变化情况。本文依据"六普"数据,并结合"五普"进行对比,对西藏各行业就业人口受教育结构、年龄结构、三次产业结构进行综合分析,从宏观上把握就业人口的行业结构特点及今后的发展趋势。最后,提出经济结构调整与促进就业良性互动的思路和对策,从而缓解就业压力,促进西藏经济与社会的协调发展。In the 6 th National Population Census in 2010,the adoption of both long and short charts guarantees the reliability of the data about the industry distribution of employed population.Based on a comparative study on the 5th Census,this article analyzed the data of the 6th Census from educational level,age and employed population distribution in the three industries in order to find out the features and development tendency of industry distribution of employed population.Finally it gives some suggestions about how to coordinate economic structure adjustment with employment and how to release the pressure of employment.
