摘 要:利用常规气象探测资料、NCEP再分析资料、自动站资料和石河子CINRAD/CC多普勒天气雷达观测资料,对2011年5月1日发生在新疆天山北坡中部的一次强对流天气进行了分析。结果表明:这次强对流天气发生在高空低槽和地面冷锋的相互配合下;较好的水汽条件、对流不稳定条件和较强的垂直风切变促使冰雹等强对流天气过程发生发展。通过对多普勒雷达PUP产品的分析得出:这次强对流天气在组合反射率因子(CR)图出现了>50 dBZ强回波区及>60 dBZ强回波中心;在反射率因子剖面(RCS)图上出现了穹窿结构,且>50 dBZ强回波区高度远高于当天0℃层的高度;在基本径向速度图上,在冰雹形成区低层出现气旋辐合,中低层出现了逆风区,高层出现了反气旋辐散等特征;强回波区与VIL中心在位置上有很好的对应关系,同时VIL产品对冰雹落区预报有很好的指示作用;冰雹指数HI对预报冰雹天气可能发生的位置有一定的指导作用;风暴跟踪信息(STI)对冰雹天气的出现具有很好预警意义,对防雹减灾工作有较好的应用价值。Based on conventional meteorological data, the NCEP realnalysis data, automatic weather station data and CINRAD/CC Doppler weather radar data, a strong convective weather on May 1, 2011 in central part of the north slope of Tianshan Mountain was analyzed. The results show that the strong convective weather occurred under interaction of the upper trough and surface cold front, the favorable water vapor and convective instablility conditions, and strong vertical wind shear promoted the generation and development of the strong convective synoptic process. Through the analysis of the Doppler radar products PUP, on the combined reflectivity factor (CR) chart there was strong echo area( more than 50 dBZ) and strong echo center( more than 60 dBZ), and on the reflectivity sec- tion (RCS) appeared the dome structure, and the height of strong echo area ( more than 50 dBZ) was much higher than 0 ℃ layer height. On the basic radial velocity maps, there was cyclone convergence at the lower level and inversion wind area at the middel level and anticyclonic divergence at high level in hail area. There was better corresponding relation between strong echo area and VIL center, and the VIL product gave a good indication of hail area. The hail index had certain guiding significance to hail area. The storm tracking information (STI) had better warning meaning for hail occurrence, which has preferable application to hail prevention in the future.
