摘　　要：由于当今的商业环境已经发生重大而深刻的变化，企业面临日益激烈的竞争压力，尤其是对于以低成本取胜的中国制造企业而言，通过物流管理创新，降低物流成本，提高物流服务质量。来增强企业市场竞争力，意义是非常重大的。在物流诸多环节当中，运输所投入的成本最大，物流运输组织的合理与否，直接影响到运输成本的多少，科学合理的运输管理决策对完善物流管理、提高物流效益具有重大意义。Because todays business environment has undergone profound changes, enterprises are facing increas-ingly fierce competition, especially for those low - cost Chinese manufacturing enterprises. It is very significant to enhance the market competitiveness of enterprises through the innovation of logistics management, reduce logistics costs, improve logistics service quality. Transportation occupies the largest part of cost in logistics, it directly af-fects the amount of transportation cost whether logistics and transport is reasonable or not. Scientific and reasonable decision making of transportation management has great significance for improving the logistics management and improving the efficiency of logistics.
