高校图书馆引领校园文化建设的有效路径

摘　　要：校因文化是一所学校师生通过教学实践活动所创造形成的特有的文化现象，是一所高校综合实力的反映和核心竞争力所在。优秀的校园文化具备非常强大的凝聚力和创造力，能赋予师生独立的人格、独立的精神，激励师生不断反思、不断超越。营造创新校园文化。造就一流创新人才是高校的使命，也是高校图书馆的责任。高校图书馆要完成此项命题，就必须在引领师生“思想素质”、“心理素质”、“文化素质”、“信息素质”的提升上有所建树，不断提高校园文化的软实力。促进校园文化建设健康发展。The campus culture is a unique cultural phenomenon created by the teachers and students through teach-ing practice. It is also the comprehensive strength and core competitiveness of a university. The excellent campus culture has a very strong cohesion and creativity, it can give teachers and students independent personality, inde-pendent spirit, and encourages teachers to reflect and surpass constantly. Creating innovative campus culture and first - class talents is the mission of colleges and universities, and is also the responsibility of college library. To complete this proposition, the library need to lead the achievements of teachers and students＂ ideological quality＂ , ＂psychology quality＂, ＂culture quality ＂and＂ information quality＂. To continuously improve the soft power of cam-pus culture, and promote the healthy development of the construction of campus culture.
