摘　　要："十二五"要以科学发展为主题、以转变经济发展方式为主线,是中央装备制造企业转变发展方式、提高自主创新能力和科学发展水平的关键时期。从中央装备制造企业发展现状及存在的问题入手,探讨转变发展方式的必要性,提出从生产型制造转变为服务型制造的发展路径建议,并分析3家中央装备制造企业转变发展方式的实践经验。In the period of ＂12th Five-year Plan＂, scientific development should be the theme and transformation of economic development mode should be the main line. That is the key period of transforming development mode, improving independent innovation capability and scientific development level of central enterprises of equipment manufacturing industry. Started with the status quo of development and existing problems of central enterprises of equipment manufacturing industry, the necessity of transforming development mode is discussed, the suggestion on developing path transformation from production manufacturing to service manufacturing is proposed, and practical experiences are analyzed of transforming development mode of three central enterprises of equipment manufacturing industry.
