基于因子分析法的节能减排对策分析

摘　　要：节能减排作为我国"十一五"规划的一项重要任务和国策,越来越受到国家的重视。根据多元统计分析方法,运用社会经济统计软件SPSS 17.0,以辽宁省为例对12个城市2010年的各项指标进行因子分析,并根据各城市的综合得分对其节能减排现状进行评估分析。在此基础上,根据分析结果提出设立专项资金、加强领导、发展循环经济、建立创新循环模式等具有针对性的节能减排对策与建议。As one of the important task and national policy in the ＂11 th Five-year Plan＂ in China, energy conservation and emission reduction attracts more and more attention by the national government. According to multivariate statistical analysis mathod, socio-economic statistical software SPSS 17.0 is applied; factor analysis is produced on the indicators of 12 cities in Liaoning Province in 2010. Evaluation analysis is accomplished on the status quo of energy conservation and emission reduction in these cities according to their respective integrated scores. Countermeasures and suggestions are brought forward according to the analysis result, namely, to found special fund, to enhance leadership, to develop circular economy, and to establish innovative circular pattern, etc.
