摘　　要：姜黄素是具有抗氧化、抑菌抗炎、降脂等作用的天然活性物质。本文主要综述了姜黄素的理化性质、生理功能及在家禽中的应用现状，为其在禽业生产中的推广应用提供理论基础。Curcumin is a natural active substance, which has the effects of antioxidant, anti- bacterial, anti -inflammatory, lipid -lowering, etc. This article reviews the physical and chemical properties, physiological function of curcumin and its application in poultry, to provide a basic theory for application of curcumin in animal husbandry.
