摘 要:采用XRD、BET等表征手段对自制的异丁烯氧化制备甲基丙烯酸催化剂进行了表征,并对催化剂进行了小试、单管中试以及2000 t/a工业示范装置性能评价。结果表明,一反催化剂为以钼酸钴或钼酸铋等形式存在的复合氧化物,二反催化剂为MoP杂多酸盐。在小试阶段,共进行了5批次的催化剂制备,一反转化率为99.0%左右时,甲基丙烯醛与COx平均收率分别为85.7%、6.5%;二反催化剂甲基丙烯醛转化率为76.5%左右时,甲基丙烯酸与COx平均收率分别为52.0%、8.2%,且催化剂具有良好的制备重复性;中试阶段,催化剂平稳运行7000 h性能未见劣化,反应结果与小试评价结果相近;在2000 t/a工业示范装置上,平稳运行了4500 h,MAA循环收率达到60%左右,COx循环收率为18.5%以下,具有良好的工业应用前景。Characterized the self-made catalysts for oxidation of isobutene to methacrylic acid by XRD and BET. Evaluated the catalyst performance by lab research, pilot test on single-tube plant and scale up test on 2000 l/a industrial model apparatus. The results showed that the catalysts were composite oxides existing as cobalt nmlybdate and bisnmth molybdate in the first stage reaction, and MoP heteropoly compound ill the second stage reaction. During lab test, prepared 5 batches catalysts, the isobutene conversion in the first stage reaction was about 99.0%, the yield of MAL and COx was 85.7% and 6.5% respectively. In the second stage reaction, the MAL conversion was about 76.5%, the yield of MAA and COx was 52.0% and 8.2% respectively, and all catalysts exhibited good reproducibility. In the pilot test, the catalysts showed steady catalytic performance in 7 000 h, which was similar with lab test. On the 2 000 t/a industrial apparatus, the catalysts could maintain stable in 4 500 h, the cycle-yielding of MAA was about 60%, while the COx yield was less than 18.5%. All these results presented a promising prospect in industrial application of these catalysts.
