摘  要:研究了驱油用疏水缔合聚丙烯酰胺(HAP)的分子结构,并采用黏度、电导率、表面张力、荧光芘探针法测量了HAP溶液的临界缔合浓度(CAC),利用动态光散射(DLS)和扫描电镜(SEM)验证结果的可靠性,并分析HAP分子的缔合作用。结果表明,HAP为含有苯环且部分酰胺被取代的磺酸根阴离子疏水缔合型聚丙烯酰胺,不同方法测得的CAC为150~200mg/L。HAP溶液质量浓度为100mg/L时,粒径呈单峰状分布,无空间网络结构,表观黏度仅为21.67mPa.s;200mg/L时出现了分子间缔合,形成骨架较细的空间网络结构,粒径呈双峰状分布,聚合物黏度明显增大;500mg/L时分子间缔合增强,粒径分布双峰右移,形成骨架较粗的空间网络结构,聚合物黏度显著提高为105.5mPa.s。The molecular structure of the hydrophobically associating polymer (HAP) used for oilflooding was determined and the critical associating concentration(CAC) was measured by the viscosity, conductivity, surface tension and fluorescence pyrene probe. Dynamic light scattering (DLS) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) were used to verify the reliability of the results and analyze the association of the HAP molecules. The results indicated that the HAP was a sulfonic acid anionic hydrophobically associating polyacrylamide that contained benzenes and part of the amides substituted, and the CAC measured by different methods was in the range of 150--200 mg/L. There was a single peak in HAP particle size distribution and no network structure, and the apparent viscosity was only 21.67 mPa. s with HAP mass concentration of 100 mg/L. When HAP mass concentration reached 200 mg/L, a network structure with thin skeleton, a double-peak distribution of HAP particle size and rapidly increasing viscosity appeared due to the intermolecular association. When HAP mass concentration was 500 mg/L, the intermolecular association was stronger, which led to the right shift of two peaks in the particle size distribution and the thick skeleton of network structure, and the viscosity significantly increased to 105.5 mPa. s.
