摘　　要：邓小平决策思想的科学性有助于提高我们在实际工作中分析和解决问题的能力与技巧。以祖国和人民的利益为最高利益是邓小平决策思想的价值标准;实事求是,一切从实际出发,走"群众路线",是邓小平决策思想科学性的根本保证;系统方法和辩证方法是邓小平决策分手的主要方法;确保系统动态平衡,使系统稳定有序运行是邓小平决策操作执行的主要技巧;解放思想、大胆决策、敢于负责是邓小平决策思想的主要风格。DENG Xiao-ping＇s thought concerning strategic decision is helpful for us to improve our ability and skills to analyze and solve problems in practice. The value standard of such thought takes the interest of our motherland and people as the highest one, seeking truth in practice, all starting from practice and mass＇s route as the guarantee of its scientificalness, systematic and dialectal means as its main ways, keeping the dynamic balance of the system which can work stably as its main skill, and emancipation of our mind, bold decision and bravery to bear responsibility as its main style.
