摘 要:作者应用雄性wistar大鼠27只,通过放射受体分析法,动态观察了20GY ^(60)Co照射对大鼠红细胞胰岛素受体的影响。结果表明,胰岛素受体对射线敏感,其亲和力(Kd),最大结合容量(Rt)及每个红细胞平均受体数在照后1h显著升高,分别为正常值246%,414%和431%,照后2h又都骤然下降,分别下降至正常值的23%,19%和18%,以后缓慢回升,但此种现象的机理和意义尚不清楚,应用细胞观察辐射对受体的影响,取材方便,所需设备简单,有一定的优越性。We studied the changes of insulin receptors of crythrocytes of 27 wistar rats by receptor radio-ligand binding assy. The rats were given whole body irradiation of 60Co @-ray 20 Gy .The hormone receptor was quite sensitive to irradiation . The Kd , Rt and the number of the receptor increased to 246% , 414% and 431% of the control , one hour after exposure , and then lowered rapidly to 23% , 19% and 18% of the control , respectively .But the mechanism and mearring of this phenomenon was not clear . Analysis of radiation effect on the receptor with RBC is more advantageous than the traditional way , because it rs easy to get and measine the samples by the method.
