摘　　要：借鉴国内外学者关于和谐社会科学内涵和本质的理解,构建了政治建设、经济建设、文化建设、生态建设、社会建设共5个方面31个具体指标的和谐社会综合评价指标体系,并以此为基础计算出全国31个省(市、自治区)的和谐社会指数,为各地区科学认识和谐社会发展进程、及时总结经验提供参考。The paper builds a comprehensive evaluation index system on harmonious society draw from scholars＇ understanding of the scientific meaning and essence of harmonious society, includes 5 levels and 31 specific indicators of construction on politics, economic, culture, environment and society, and calculates the index of harmonious society in 31 provinces, provides references on scientific understanding of the various regions and harmonious social development process.
