后危机时代人民币亚洲化的新思考

摘　　要：2008年金融危机给全球经济带来巨大打击,东亚地区虽然处于国际金融体系的边缘地带,但却是美元体制的主要支撑者和受益者,因此也是主要的受害者,贸易额大幅下降,经济增长速度下降,这暴露出了美元体制的弊端,引起东亚国家"去美元化"的思考。而中国经济却在经济危机中依然保持稳健的增长速度,此外人民币离岸金融市场发展推动了人民币作为区域结算货币的功能,为人民币亚洲化提供了新的契机,在此背景下,人民币亚洲化再次被提上议事日程。针对此,提出人民币亚洲化的制度创新战略,对内加强金融体制改革,对外加快发展人民币离岸金融市场,推进人民币亚洲化等措施。In 2008, the financial crisis brings enormous strike to the whole world economy. Though East Asia area is in the international financial system border zone, it is the main support and beneficiary of the ＂dollar standard＂, it also suffers a heavy blow from financial crises： trade volume dropped significantly, the economic growth rate declined, this exposes the disadvantages of dollar system, causing ＂dollarization＂ for East Asian countries While the Chinese economy in the economic crisis still maintains robust growth rate. Besides, development of RMB offshore financial market pushes the RMB as the settlement currency, and provides a new opportunity to Asianiza- tion of RMB. Under this circumstance, Asianization of RMB was again put on the schedule. According to this, we put forward the strategy of system innovation for Asianization of RMB, strengthen the reform of the financial system, speed up the development of RMB offshore financial market, and promote the Asianization of RMB and so on.
