摘  要:ZJ70LDB型钻机在转盘转速为110 r/min左右时,底座振动较大,对正常钻井产生了一定影响。针对该问题,在充分掌握底座结构特性的基础上,建立了有限元模型,然后通过缩减法求解底座的固有频率、预应力模态频率及各阶振型,并进一步分析各振动激励设备的频率。经比较后发现,钻机底座的第1、3阶模态频率易被激发,说明底座的振动与钻机工况之间存在必然的联系,应采取适当的措施进行减振。The vibration of Model ZJ70LDB drilling rig substructure is remarkable when the rotation speed of the rotary table is 110 r/min. This has some effect on normal drilling. Considering the problem, the finite element model of the substructure was established fully grasping its structural properties. Then, the reduction procedure was used to solve the natural frequency, prestressing modal frequency and vibration types of the orders of the substructure. The frequency of the vibration-exciting devices was further analyzed. The comparison shows that the modal frequency of the first and third orders of the rig substructure is easy to excite, which indicates that there is positive connection between substructure vibration and rig operation condition. Adequate measures should be taken in order to conduct vibration reduction.
