摘 要:大庆油田直井和定向井测斜时广泛使用电子单、多点测斜仪,测斜仪存在操作复杂、测量时间长且不能随钻测量的问题。为此,研制了电子式随钻测斜仪器。该仪器主要包括井下测量传输系统和地面信息接收处理系统,结构设计合理,工作可靠性高,井斜测量误差在±0.43以内,实现了随钻井斜测量和数据的实时上传。大庆油田3口井的现场应用结果表明,该仪器克服了传统测斜仪的不足,并且可加密测量点,真正实现了对井斜的实时监测,节省了测斜时间,降低了钻井成本,具有广阔的市场前景。Single and multiple shot inclinometers are extensively used in inclinometry of straight and directional wells in Daqing Oilfield. There exist problems with the inelinometers, such as complex operation, long measurement time, and failure to conduct measurement while drilling ( MWD ) . Therefore, the electronic drilling inclinometer was developed. The instrument mainly consists of downhole measurement transmission system and ground informa- tion receiving and processing system. The design is rational in structure; the operating reliability is high; the error of hole deviation measurement is within +_ 0.43. The deviation MWD real-time data uploading has been a- chieved. The field application in the three wells of Daqing Oilfield shows that the instrument overcomes the weak- ness of traditional inclinometers and it can increase the measurement points, thus achieving the real-time monitoring of hole deviation, saving inclinometry time and reducing drilling costs. It has a bright prospect of market.
