摘  要:针对青海油田涩北气田现有的分层开采工艺技术存在无法打捞配产器,无法进行分层控制,井下气嘴经常刺坏,投捞测试成功率不高以及维修作业难度大等问题,提出了插管封隔器+滑套分层开采工艺技术。该技术中的关键工具有滑套、滑套开关工具、封隔器、插管、坐落接头及堵塞器等。其中滑套可以开关任一产气层,以达到调节生产压差的目的,而且开关方便,使用钢丝绳或者连续管下入开关工具即可实现滑套开关。该技术在涩4-6井集成式3层分采工艺现场试验中,初期产气量由试验前的3.8×104m3/d增加到试验后的8.0×104m3/d,增产效果显著,而且进一步提高了作业的可靠性,降低了作业风险,延长了工具的使用寿命。There exist many problems with current separate layer recovery technology in Sebei Gasfield of Qinghal, such as failure to fish bottomhole regulator, failure to conduct separate layer control, frequent puncture of downhole gas nozzle, low running and pulling success rate, and great difficulty in workover operation. Considering the problems, selective zone production technology of bayonet-tube packer plus sliding sleeve was formulated. The key tools of the technology include sliding sleeve, sliding sleeve switching tool, packer, landing nipple and blan- king plug. The sliding sleeve can open and close any gas production layer in order to achieve the purpose of regulating production pressure differential. The switching is convenient in that only steel wire or coiled tubing running switching tool is used to achieve sliding sleeve switching. In the field technological test of three-layer integrated separate recovery in Well 4 -6 of Se, the technology increased the first-stage gas production from 3.8 × 10^4 m^3/d before the test to 8. 0 × 10^4 m^3/d after the test, with a remarkable production yield. Moreover, the operating reliability has been further improved, the operating risk has been reduced and the service life of the tool has been lengthened.
