摘  要:油水井挤堵漏点之前,必须先将井筒下部封住,一般的封堵措施是打桥塞或水泥塞,不仅耗时耗力,而且还存在事故隐患。为此,研制了填砂挤堵一体化装置。该装置主要由丢手打捞部分、自封泄液部分和轨道扶正卡瓦部分构成,结构简单,操作方便,现场施工人员易于掌握;采用该装置施工作业,减少了施工工序,与原来的作业周期相比,缩短了近1/3,还消除了事故隐患,大大提高了油水井的挤堵效率。填砂挤堵一体化装置在现场已累计使用27井次,工艺成功率达到100%,节约时间约60 d,取得了很好的应用效果。The lower part of the shaft must be first blocked before the leakage point is squeezed in oil-water wells. The general plugging measure is to conduct bridge or cement plugging, which consumes time and manpower and easily leads to accidents. Therefore, the integrated device of sand packing and squeezing was developed. The device is simple in structure and convenient in operation. It is easy for field workers to master. It reduces the operat- ing procedures. Compared with the original operating cycle, the time has been shortened by one-third. Moreover, the accident potential has been eliminated and the squeezing efficiency of oil-water wells has been improved remark- ably. The device has been applied to 27 wells on the spot, with a 100% success rate 60 days has been saved and the desirable effect has been reached.
