民国时期大学图书馆行政地位相关因素研究

摘　　要：民国时期大学图书馆除了行政隶属关系之外,体现行政地位的还有图书馆长是否被明确规定作为学校校务会议当然代表以及与学校图书馆委员会的关系等因素。大学图书馆在隶属关系上的波动性反映出不同学校领导人对图书馆重要性的认识不同。隶属不同的部处同样也体现了学校领导人对图书馆作用重点性的认识差异。大学图书馆隶属教务长除了特殊历史时期的行政安排之外,也突出了图书馆为教学服务的价值重心。大学教务长的行政地位对图书馆的地位有一定影响,但毕竟不如图书馆直属校长的独立行政地位。In addition to administrative subordination, the administrative status of the college libraries during 1911, 1949 was embodied by whether join the administrative affairs meeting of college as ex-officio representatives or not, and by the relation with Library Committee of college. The volatility and uncertainty of administrative subordination of college library could be accounted for that those different leader of college vary in their viewpoints as to the importance of college library. The col- lege library subordinated to different departments of university can be accounted for the understanding difference of college leader to the stress of importance of college library. It was a administrative arrangement in special time that college library subordinated to dean of studied of college, meanwhile highlighted the particular emphasis on value that college library service for study. The administrative power of dean of studies would exert an influence to the administrative status of college library when college library subordinated to dean of studies, but the administrative status of college library was not independence af- ter all compare with subordinating to president of college.
