摘　　要：以馆员为视角的图书馆组织气候测评的本土化量表的开发有助于提高评价结果的有效性,为国内图书馆变革和服务创新提供有效的数据支持。论文在文献调查的基础上,通过群体访谈和开放式问卷调查,整理并选择了包含63个测评项目的初选测评量表。基于问卷调查对初选的测评量表进行定量筛选和定性筛选,论文得到了包含32个测评条目的正式测评项目库。针对正式测评项目库,再进行探索性分析,论文构建了包含管理政策、人际关系、用户服务、成长空间、工作满意度和组织认同等6个测评维度、32个测评项目的本土化量表。Localization scale development of library organizational climate in the viewpoint of librarian can improve the effectiveness of the evaluation results and provide decision support with effective data. At first, the paper carries focus group interview, open-ended questionnaire after literature survey, and constructs initial scafe about library organizationa climate which contains 63 evaluation entries. Secondly, the paper has been a formal scale of Library organizational climate consisted of 32 evaluation,entries through quantitative screening and qualitative assessment. Finally, the organizationa（ climate scale of localization which contains six evaluation dimensions （the management policy, interpersonal relations, customer service, room for growth, job satisfaction and organizational identity） was built up.
