摘  要:波氏块菌是一种经济价值较高的菌根食用菌。对波氏块菌与锥连栎合成菌根苗的技术进行了研究,结果显示,用波氏块菌孢子液接种锥连栎树苗后,第1个至第2个月可形成淡黄色、黄褐色外生菌根。外生菌根为单轴状、羽状和不规则分支状,单根菌根长0.35 mm~1.99 mm,直径为0.18 mm~0.29 mm。菌根延伸出外延菌丝,其外延菌丝为排列整齐的刚毛,呈半透明状。菌根老化后变暗褐或萎缩,外延菌丝呈透明、半透明、排列整齐的刚毛是波氏块菌与锥连栎形成的菌根最重要的形态特征。Tuber borchii was a mycorrizal mushroom with higher economic value. In this paper, the inoculative technique for the mycorrhizal seedings of Quercus franchetii with Tuber borchii was studied. The results showed that T. Borchii formed yellowish to yellowish-brown bristle ectomycorrhizae on the rootlet tip of Q.franchiii seedlings in one months to two months. Ectomycorrhizae were monopodial, pinnate or irregularly branched, 0.15 mm -0. 3 mm in diameter and 0. 3 mm - 2 mm in length. The fungus mantle was smooth or with semi-transparent bristles. The extrametrical hyphae were hyaline or semi-hyaline. The aging ectomy- corrhizae became dark brown, wilted and shrunken. The semi-hyaline to hyaline emanating hyphae could be the most important morphological character of the ectomycorrhizae formed by T. borchii on Q. franchetii seedlings.
