摘 要:灰肉红菇的子实体经组织分离分离出1种丝状真菌,显微观察没有锁状联合,经ITS鉴定属于丛赤壳菌属。该种真菌菌丝体的生长速度比一般腐生真菌慢,最适生长温度是25℃~28℃,在30℃时生长速率显著降低,最适pH值是5~7,符合红菇的生境条件。培养基中添加红菇宿主柯树的根、叶以及红菇子实体粉、活性炭能显著促进其生长。对该真菌的研究可在一定程度上反映红菇的生长特性,为后续红菇研究积累资料,其本身是否是1种丛赤壳菌新种,以及是否与红菇的生长、菌根形成有关系等有待进一步研究。IA filamentous fungi from the fruit body of Russula griseocarnosa was isolated and identified to be a Nectria sp. by r- DNA ITS sequence comparison. The mycelium grew obviously slower on MNC medium than a typical saprophytic fungus. The op- timum temperature of its mycelial growth was 25℃ -28℃, and growth rate was significantly slower when temperature exceeded 30℃. The optimum pH value was 5- 7, which was consistent with that of the habit soil of Russula griseocarnosa. Addition of the root and leaf powder of Lithocarpus glabra, powder of Russula griseocarnosa and active charcoal in the medium significantly pro- moted the mycelial growth. The study of the growth characteristics of the fungus could to some extent reflect the characteristics of the host Russula griseocarnosa. And the role of this Nectria sp. in mycorrhizal establishment of Russula griseocarnosa awaited fur- ther investigation.
