摘  要:以7号灵芝品种为材料,研究4种不同的干燥方式(自然干燥、60℃、80℃和100℃)和4种不同洗涤时间(5min、10 min、15 min和20 min)对灵芝活性成分(灵芝多糖、蛋白质、三萜)的影响。结果显示,4种不同的干燥方式处理之间,除自然干燥和60℃处理之间无差异外,其余的均存在极显著性差异。灵芝多糖、蛋白质、三萜含量最高的处理分别为60℃、100℃、100℃,含量最低的处理分别为100℃、60℃、80℃;在洗涤时间的处理中,灵芝多糖的含量4个处理之间差异均极显著,灵芝蛋白质的含量处理15 min与处理20 min差异显著,其他处理之间差异均极显著,灵芝三萜的含量处理10 min和15 min之间无显著差异,其他处理之间差异均极显著,灵芝多糖、蛋白质、三萜的含量处理5 min均最高,随着洗涤时间的延长,3种成分的含量均逐渐降低。本研究为提高灵芝活性成分的含量提供技术参考依据。Research on the effection of medicinal composition (C, anoderma polysaccharide, protein, three terpene) of Ganoder- ma lucidum in 4 different drying ways (natural drying, 60℃ , 80℃ , 100℃ ) and 4 different time (5 min, 10 min, 15 min, 20 min) as materials with Ganoderma lucidum No. 7 varieties were studied. The results showed 4 different drying methods of pro- cessing, in addition to natural drying and 60℃, had no differences, and the rest were significantly different. Ganoderma polysac- eharide, protein, three terpene content of the highest processing were respectively 60℃, 100℃, 100℃, and the lowest levels of processing were respectively 100℃, 60℃, 80℃. The differences between Ganoderma lucidum polysaeeharide content of 4 dis- posed were significant. The difference of protein content between 15 min and 20 min was significant, and the differences between the others were significant. The protein content of 10 min and 15 min had no significant difference between the other treatment. Ganoderma polysaccharide, protein, three terpene content processing 5 min were the highest. The research to improve the content of active components of Ganoderma lucidum provided technical reference.
