摘  要:使用自行设计水平管式炉,模拟实际炉膛气氛及积灰情况,采用腐蚀增重方法,对生物质混煤燃烧过程中受热面金属管材的氯腐蚀特性进行了试验研究。结果表明,金属试样的腐蚀增重量随时间增加而增大,符合抛物线规律。在初期存在快速腐蚀阶段,生成保护薄层,随后腐蚀逐渐变缓。随着生物质掺混比例的提高,反应速率在快速腐蚀阶段成比例增加,而后期变化不大。涂灰在初期显著降低试样腐蚀速率,随后受到灰中Cl、S等成分作用,涂灰金属试样一直保持较高的腐蚀速率,最终比未涂灰的试样腐蚀严重,且受涂灰量和成灰温度影响较大。温度对腐蚀速率的影响符合Arrhenius定律。随着气相中HCl浓度升高,金属试样的腐蚀速率呈线性关系快速增加,表现为一级反应。Characteristics of chlorine corrosion to metal pipe material of heating surface during co-firing of coal and biomass were investigated using a self-designed horizontal tube furnace.Corrosion mass gain method was taken to accomplish the analyses.The results show that the corrosion mass gain of metal samples increases with time,and the curves conform to parabola.The chlorine corrosion rate of metal samples is high at the initial stage,and then gradually decreases due to the protective effect of thin film formed in corrosion reaction.With the increase of the proportion of biomass blended to coal,the corrosion rate of metal samples increases in proportion at the high-corrosion stage,but changes little at the low-corrosion stage.Ash deposition on the surface of metal samples can considerably decrease the corrosion rate at the initial stage.Then due to the influence of S,Cl and other components in ash,the metal samples coated with ash keep a high rate of corrosion,and finally suffer from more serious corrosion than the samples without ash deposition.Ash deposition amount and ash forming temperature have great influence on the corrosion reaction.The influence of temperature on the corrosion rate of metal samples conforms to the Arrhenius Law.With the increase of HCl concentration in gas phase,the corrosion rate of metal samples increases linearly,presenting a first-order reaction.
