摘  要:为分析填料非均匀布置对自然通风逆流湿式冷却塔冷却性能的影响机制,建立了某大型冷却塔冷却性能计算的三维数值计算模型,结合实测工况验证了所建模型的正确性,在不同风速的环境自然风下,计算分析了填料非均匀布置对塔内空气流速、密度和水温等参数分布的影响。结果表明,填料外围增高是冷却塔冷却性能改善的主要原因。外围填料增高强化了该区冷却性能,降低了该区空气流速及其上方空气密度,使冷却塔抽力增大,从而强化填料中间和内围通风,改善了冷却塔中间、内围及其整体冷却性能。高速自然风下,填料非均匀布置使塔内上升空气流速下降较多,其对冷却塔冷却性能的改善作用也相应减小。To analyze the impact of fill non-uniform layout on the cooling performance of natural draft counter-flow wet cooling tower,the three-dimensional numerical computation model was established for a large-scale cooling tower and validated through its actual measured conditions.Considering the impact of fill non-uniform layout under different natural crosswind conditions,relevant parameters such as air up-flow velocity,air density and water temperature were computed and analyzed.The results show that the improvement of tower cooling performance is mainly caused by the height increase of external fill.Height increase of external fill enhances the cooling performance of this zone,decreases the air up-flow velocity through the zone and the air density upon the zone,which causes great driving power for inflow air and increases the air up-flow velocity in fill middle zone and internal zone,so as to improve the cooling performance of middle zone,internal zone of tower and its overall cooling performance.Under high speed natural crosswind,since the non-uniform fill layout decreases the air up-flow velocity in tower greatly,its improvement on tower overall cooling performance decreases correspondingly.
