数字信息资源区域性保障建设整体性策略研究

摘　　要：数字信息资源区域性保障是区域的重大文化项目,其建设应贯彻整体性构建原则,使构成系统的各个要素相互关联、相互作用,发挥系统的整体性功能。文章阐述了数字信息资源系统的整体性内涵和意义,并论述其在区域性保障建设的整体性特征,从数字信息资源的整体性建设、数字信息门户的整体性构建、服务功能的整体性提升3个方面提出数字信息资源区域性保障系统的整体性建设策略。The regional security of digital information resources is a regional important cultural project, its construction should follow the principle of integrity so that each element of the system is interrelated and interactive, and can perform the integral func- tion of the system. Based on the description of the connotation and significance of the integrity of the digital information resources system, this paper discusses its integrity features in the construction of regional security. The paper proposes some strategies for the integral construction of the regional security system of digital information resources from the perspective of integral construction of digital information resources, integral building of digital information portal, and integral improvement of service function.
