摘  要:以水钢炼钢厂2号连铸机二冷优化改造为研究对象,利用Procast数值模拟软件建立凝固传热模型,结合射钉实验,共同研究小方坯连铸机典型钢种拉坯工艺(拉速、过热度)对铸坯温度场分布的影响。通过对连铸机二冷制度的优化调整,探明二冷制度优化对提升铸坯凝固组织的作用,为首钢水钢连铸机二冷制度的优化改造提供了可靠的理论支撑和改造方案,从而提高铸坯质量,降低钢坯质量缺陷。In this paper,take the optimization and modification of the secondary cooling in steel plant,Shougang Shuicheng Iron and Steel(Group) Co.,Ltd.as the research object.Combined with the nail shooting experiment,establish the solidification heat transfer model with the help of Procast numerical simulation software to jointly study the influence of typical throwing process(drawing speed,degree of superheat) of the small billet caster on the slab temperature distribution.Then provide feasible theory support and solutions for optimization and transformation of the secondary cooling in Shougang Shuicheng Iron Steel by making optimization adjustment on temperature distribution and optimizating the solidification heat transfer of caster secondary cooling,which can improve the billet quality and reduce quality defects.
