摘  要:[目的]为筛选防除棉田藨草的理想药剂,用草甘膦等常用除草剂与赤霉素、芸苔素内酯等生长调节剂两两混用,对藨草生理生化指标进行测定。[结果]药后9 d,赤霉素+欧特0.152 ga·i·/L、芸苔素内酯+欧特0.152 ga·i·/L和乙烯利+三氟啶磺隆0.01125 ga·i·/L组合与对照相比,藨草叶绿素含量下降;芸苔素内酯+欧特0.152 ga·i·/L和乙烯利+三氟啶磺隆0.01125 ga·i·/L组合可溶性蛋白含量显著升高;芸苔素内酯+欧特0.152 ga·i·/L组合SOD显著下降,3个组合MDA含量、CAT活性、POD活性均显著高于对照。[结论]室内生测试验结果表明除草剂与生长调节剂混用可以增强除草剂药效,在达到少量且合理使用除草剂的同时,降低了藨草的抗药性。[Aims] In order to screen out effective herbicides against the Scirpus planiculmis Fr.Schmidt in cotton field,the indicators of physiology and biochemistry of the Scirpus planiculmis Fr.Schmidt were measured by applying compositions of common herbicides such as glyphosate AS and grow regulator including gibberellins GA and brassinolide.[Results] Nine days later,the chlorophyll content of Scirpus in gibberellin+Oort 0.152 g a.i./L group,brassinolide + of Oort 0.152 g a.i./L group and ethephon + trifluoromethyl pyridine etsulfuron 0.011 25 g a.i./L group were all decreased,compared with the control group;the soluble protein content in activity of brassinolide+of Oort 0.152 g a.i./L group and ethephon+trifluoromethyl pyridine metsulfuron 0.011 25 g a.i./L group were significantly increased;the SOD value of brassinolide+of Oort 0.152 g a.i./L group was significantly decreased;the MDA content,CAT activity and POD activity in three combination group were significantly higher than the control group.[Conclusions] The indoor bioassay experiments have found that the mix of herbicides and growth regulators can not only enhance herbicide efficacy,but also reduces Scirpus resistant by using reasonably less herbicides.
