摘 要:本文介绍了一种新型热压缩机驱动的能获得液氮温区温度的脉冲管制冷机的实验研究结果.其是一种外燃加热式热能驱动的制冷机,可直接利用太阳能、工业余热或矿物燃料等的热能转换成压力波动驱动制冷机工作,具有结构简单紧凑、振动低、运行可靠等特点。文中设计了直线型脉冲管制冷机,进行了热压缩机与脉冲管制冷机的耦合实验,研究了不同频率及充气压力下脉冲管制冷机的工作特性,实现了用氦气做工质,充气压力1.2 MPa,压比1.30,加热功率1300W,工作频率5.6 Hz时,脉冲管制冷机最低制冷温度为70.4 K。The experimental study of a novel thermocompressor driven pulse tube refrigerator which can obtain a temperature below 77 K was introduced.The pressure wave generated by external heat including solar energy,industrial waste heat or other combustion heat is used to drive the refrigerator to work and it has the advantage of simplicity,low vibration and long life.An in-line type pulse tube refrigerator was designed and the coupling experiment with thermocompressor was conducted.The performance of the refrigerator under different frequencies and charged pressures was investigated. The results show that the lowest temperature of the refrigerator can reach 70.4 K at 5.6 Hz when the charged pressure is 1.2 MPa with a heating power of 1300 W.
