摘  要:严重段塞流是常见于海洋石油工业集输一立管系统中的一种有害流型,而立管顶部阀门节流是抑制及消除严重段塞流的有效方法。本文对节流法消除严重段塞流的稳定性做了理论分析,给出了节流稳定界限,结果表明,随着节流度的增加,不稳定流动区域会向低气液流速区域移动,而稳定流动区域会扩大。建立了准稳态节流模型,分析了节流阀压降对立管底部压力波动的影响,计算发现液塞回落后立管底部的压力以及下倾管内的液塞长度会随节流阀压降的增加而减小。将计算值与实验数据做了对比,两者吻合良好。Severe slugging is an undesirable operation in offshore pipeline-riser system and riser topside choking is an effective method for the suppression and elimination of severe slugging.A stability analysis is performed and a criterion for the stability of steady state operation is proposed. It is shown theoretically that by increasing the degree of choke setting,the region for unstable flow shrunk down along the superficial liquid and gas velocity axis.A quasi-equilibrium model for the prediction of the dynamic behavior of gas-liquid flow in a pipeline-riser system in the process of riser topside choking is also developed.The effects of the pressure drop across the choke on the variation of the pressure at riser base and the liquid slug penetrating into the pipeline are estimated. It is found that the minimum pressure increases with increase in the pressure drop across the choke.The model predictions are tested against experimental results,showing a reasonable agreement.
